Email encryption for Windows

I’ll admit it: I use Windows far more than I’d like to do. But that does not mean that I do not take security seriously. As with most security issues, open-source software is best in my opinion because of the transparency it provides. For email, I use GNUPG for Windows. It provides a pretty user friendly experience while providing iron-clad security.

Email has never been secure. In our modern age of increasing police state-style surveillance, it is even less so. Some might say the innocent have nothing to hide. I say that privacy is a right owed to all sentient beings. Furthermore I encourage everyone to use encryption on things like email to help ensure we all can continue to have a right to privacy by making it something common. Encryption: its not just for bad guys anymore.
